Schedule your Meeting or Event
Sedona Public Library offers meeting spaces, study rooms, and outdoor event spaces for nonprofit, community, and for-profit groups. All rentals are subject to SPL’s Library Spaces Terms Of Use and Use of Library Meeting Rooms, Bulletin Boards, Exhibits, and Displays Policy. Spaces must be reserved in advance and payment for reservations is due at time of booking.

Spaces at Sedona Public Library (Main Location)
Community Room
Capacity: Accommodates up to 100 chairs theatre style, or 65 chairs with tables classroom style. (1,312 sq. ft.)
Features: PC laptop for groups to use, screen and 4 wireless mics, podium, HDMI cable and audio input cable
Room Rental Rate:
- Commercial-$120 for 2 hours, $60 each additional hour (Minimum rental is 2 hours)
- Nonprofit*-$70 for 2 hours, $35 each additional hour (Minimum rental is 2 hours)
- Individual-$120 for 2 hours, $60 each additional hour
Guidelines: Additional fees apply to reserve after regular library hours of operation.** Light refreshments, simple box lunches, and prepackaged food may be served.
Quiet Study
Capacity: Accommodates up to 25 chairs theatre style, or 12-15 chairs with tables. (360 sq. ft.)
Features: Large screen bluetooth tv, erasable bulletin board, podium
Room Rental Rate:
- Commercial-$60 for 2 hours, $30 each additional hour (Minimum rental is 2 hours)
- Nonprofit*-$30 for 2 hours, $15 each additional hour (Minimum rental is 2 hours)
- Individual-$30 for 1 hour, $15 each additional hour
Guidelines: Only available during regular library hours of operation.** Light refreshments, simple box lunches, and prepackaged food may be served.
The Courtyard
Capacity: Friends Fire Circle accommodates +/- 20 people in and around the fire circle.
The Stage
Features: Adirondack chairs. Electrical outlets on floor.
Room Rental Rate:
- Commercial-$120 for 2 hours, $60 each additional hour. (Minimum rental is 2 hours).
- Nonprofit*-$70 for 2 hours, $0 each additional hour (Minimum rental is 2 hours).
Guidelines: Schedule programs during library hours of operation, ideally.
- No Fri/Saturday programs after 5pm.
- No Sunday programs.

Spaces at SPL in the Village
Javelina Room
Capacity: Accommodates up to 40 chairs theatre style, or 25 chairs with tables class-room style.
Features: Podium, projector and screen, BluRay player, and a whiteboard
Room Rental Rate:
- Commercial-$100 for 2 hours, $50 each additional hour (Minimum rental is 2 hours)
- Nonprofit*-$50 for 2 hours, $25 each additional hour (Minimum rental is 2 hours)
- Individual-$100 for 2 hours, $50 each additional hour

Study Rooms (2)
Capacity: Each room accommodates up to 6 people with a table and chairs
Features: Large screen television with an HDMI cable for input
Room Rental Rate:
- Commercial-$15/hour
- Nonprofit*-$10/hour recommended donation
- Individual-$10/hour recommended donation
Guidelines: Only available during regular library hours of operation.**
